02Overview

This website is currently an informational pre-launch site. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, does not include embedded third-party content, and does not contain any forms that collect personal data.

When you first open the start page, the language set in your browser is read to show you the matching language version (German, English or Spanish). If you choose a language using the language switcher, this choice is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) so the website can remember it. This information is not transmitted to us. Storing it is technically necessary to provide the language selection you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG); you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

03Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

When you visit the website, technical information that your browser sends automatically is processed to deliver the site and keep it secure — for example your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL and your browser and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable delivery of this website. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms (a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).

A transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, Google relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Log data is stored only for as long as necessary to deliver and secure the website and is then deleted. We do not analyse this data ourselves or combine it with other data.

04Fonts

All fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party font providers is established when you visit the website.

05Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
